SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

Products are packaged within 24 hours of order confirmation and are shipped on the following business day. Per UPS recommendation, packages are shipped Monday - Wednesday, to avoid weekend shipping delays.

Please DO NOT ship to an address or business that requires a signature; or to a business that closes during certain hours or days during the week. Please keep in mind National Holidays will often change transit times.

Packages are scheduled to be left at the delivery address without a signature. ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE PERISHABLE, therefore, packages must be opened and products MUST BE PUT IN THE FREEZER UPON ARRIVAL. Cheff'n & Eetinn cannot be responsible for melted products that are not put into a freezer within a timely manner after their arrival.

Please note that due to COVID-19, UPS has"suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to a destination". Please assume that your package could be delayed. For more details, visit ups.com for up-to-date service alerts. 

RETURN POLICY

All shipping orders are final and non-refundable. Because our products are perishable, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. We do not offer refunds/exchanges based on customer flavor preference. We are unable to change the ship to addresses once orders have been placed.

You will receive an order confirmation shortly after placing your order and will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once the order has shipped.
